Yes — Pepscale is completely free to download and use. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no hidden fees.
Pepscale supports all major GLP-1 medications including semaglutide and tirzepatide-based treatments. You can also add a custom medication name if yours isn't listed.
Go to Profile → Integrations → Apple Health and toggle the switch. You'll be prompted to grant permissions. Weight data will sync automatically from that point.
Pepscale supports multiple GLP-1 medications but one active schedule at a time, keeping the interface clean and focused. You can switch your active medication at any time.
Yes, fully. All data is stored on your device locally — no internet connection is ever required to log weight, track medications, or view your progress.
If you have iCloud Backup enabled, your Pepscale data will automatically restore on your new device when you sign in with the same Apple ID.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete All Data. This permanently removes everything from your device. Since we hold no server-side data, deletion is instant and complete.
Currently Pepscale is available on iPhone and iPad only. Android support is something we're considering for the future — stay tuned.
